Meet Jess
As a homeowner and real estate investor, Jess brings a fresh perspective and a passion for helping clients navigate the often complex and challenging market of Northern Michigan. She began her journey in 2016 as a first-time home buyer which quickly turned her into an investor, property manager, and eventually a Realtor. As the owner of Wander North Rentals, a boutique property management company specializing in short and mid-term rentals, she has helped other property owners turn their dreams into cash-flowing investments. With an eye for home design and function, Jess cannot wait to dive in with her clients and help them find their perfect home!
When Jess isn't working you can find her playing with her 3 little boys at the beach or exploring Leelanau County. Jess loves the community in Traverse City and supports local businesses and farms whenever possible. She cannot wait to share all the wonders of Northern Michigan with you too!
